So happy to see the Sr class on there way !!! I thought it was funny that the buses on the way out of town had to stop for a livonia schoolbus Right in front of your house My two little one's saw their older brother on his way with his class on those awesome buses wish i had a camera ready for that one ! must mean only good things to come for all.
What a great night! I think the incredible sunset is an indication of the AWESOME difference you will make, in the name of Livonia, down South. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
I just got a text from Molly who reported that their bus broke down @ 4:30 a.m. They are having breakfast @ a Denny's in Kentucky while they wait for the bus to be fixed!
Yikes! Kentucky at 4:30 in Denny's with a broken down bus? Poor kids... I'm sure they are making the best of it! It was so great to be there yesterday, watching them getting ready, the excitement building, families waiting to say goodbye.. I'm SO proud of you class of '10!!
Just heard from Mr. Sheldon... they're getting a new bus and will be back on the road around noon. He reported that they've received praise by the Denny's and adjacent Days Inn (where they used the lounge to pass time) staffs for the excellent behavior of the Livonia students.
Good job students! Hope the rest of the drive goes smoothly.
