The next Crocodile Dundee's
Around mid day of january 24 in the year 2010 several fellow classmates and I tredged through a vicious quagmire. Yes, quagmire was our word of the day thanks to Miss. Walter. Not to sure what it means, but that's alright. Nevertheless, fighting an endless battle between camoflauged crocs and sneaky snakes waiting around every corner brought us to an extreme exhaustion by the end of the day. However, we kept our spirits high although we almost lost Miss. Walter to the demanding swamp gods and godesses. Smashing our way through an endless forest of some sort of woody dicotyledon (trees), left many pricklys that got stuck in our clothing. Not very pleasant...Quite itchy. Defying death, my group and I decided to continue on into uncharted waters to complete our mission of actually planting all of our nice little cypress trees. On a completely different note, thanks to our pretty snazzy bus driver, we all became a bit more educated in the history of graveyards. (Due to the water, graves must be above ground. We don't want soggy zombies on our hands now do we??) Oh, and I think it can be made official that the number one mean of entertainment is playing cards. Seeing friends and foes fighting over little pieces of paper to try and win title of champion can top any kind of mumbo jumbo reality tv show. - Nick Rucci

By the way, according to the Microsoft Word thesaurus, the word quagmire can be replaced by swamp, marsh or bog. It also means predicament:)
